This is a comfortable boutique hotel with 6 rooms, featuring a distinctive architectural silhouette, located in Sochi. The plot is situated on a complex terrain with a height difference of 18 meters, and it is 1300 meters away from the sea.

The presented project variant is designed for 6 rooms. Functionally, the building is divided into three parts: catering, administrative, and residential.

The outdoor staircase simultaneously serves as a divider for the terraces into sections, which is a convenient and relevant architectural-planning solution in the conditions of complex terrain. The terrace levels allocated for the rooms are divided into 2 sections.

In the administrative part of the building, on the ground floor, there are reception, staff room, kitchen technology, technical rooms, and auxiliary rooms for the restaurant. In the basement part, there are a laundry room, linen storage, and a room for cleaning equipment.

Участок размещен на сложном рельефе, перепад высот 18 м. удаленность от моря 1300м.
Представленный вариант проекта рассчитан на 6 номеров. Функционально здание разделено на три части: общепит, административная и жилая.
Лестница на улице одновременно служит разделителем террас на секции, что является удобным и актуальным архитектурно-планировочным решением в условиях сложного рельефа.

Уровни террас, отведенные под номера, разделены на 2 секции.
В административной части здания на первом этаже находятся reception, комната персонала, технология кухни, технические помещения и вспомогательные помещения для ресторана. В подвальной части-прачечная, склад белья, комната уборочного инвентаря.
